Annie PEZAT

Originally from Vendée and now based in Castillon-la-Bataille, Annie Pezat has built a rich and diverse career path, shaped by commitment, versatility, and a genuine passion for human relationships.

She began her professional journey in the agri-food industry, where she developed strong skills in production and team management. Her path then took her abroad, where she held positions as Sales and Production Director for a company based in Togo.

Upon returning to France, Annie seamlessly expanded her expertise: first as a process and sales consultant, then as a financial advisor in the banking sector.

Driven by a desire for independence and creativity, she opened her own haberdashery and creative leisure store—an entrepreneurial venture that allowed her to fully express her love for craftsmanship and artisanal know-how.

That same human and creative spirit naturally led her to real estate. She became an independent real estate agent and went on to strengthen her knowledge by earning a BTS in Real Estate Professions in 2021.

In October 2022, she joined Maxwell-Baynes | Christie’s International Real Estate as Sales & Administrative Coordinator. In this role, she modernized internal tools and supported agents in implementing tailored solutions to enhance operational efficiency and best practices.

Today, combining expertise with a renewed desire for fieldwork, Annie embraces a dual role to offer truly personalized support—driven by passion, precision, and high standards :

– Real estate agent, specializing in eastern Gironde and western Dordogne;
– Certified expert in property and land valuation, with an independent practice recognized by notaries and courts, particularly in the context of sales, inheritances, and estate divisions.
