Christie’s extends its influence through an invitation-only network of affiliates. This is composed of the world’s most proven and qualified specialists in the luxury residential sector whom Christie’s evaluate as the market leaders in their territories.
Christie’s select these organisations to represent their name, culture and standards. It is not a franchise, as is the case with Coldwell Banker or Sotheby’s, but rather a close working collaboration.
There are only 140 global affiliates, and just five in France. Maxwell-Baynes Real Estate has had the privilege of being one of them since 2010, designated by Dan Conn CEO of Christie’s International Real Estate as “Selected by Christie’s International Real Estate as the market leader for Bordeaux, Dordogne and Charente“.
In April 2019, Maxwell-Baynes received an award by Christie’s International Real Estate of ” 2018 Affiliate of the year”, for outstanding performance.
