Annie PEZAT
Annie Pezat, originally from Vendée, epitomizes dynamism and passion in her professional journey. Since 2022, she has excelled as the sales and administrative monitoring at Maxwell-Baynes Christie’s International Real Estate.
Annie embarked on her career in the food industry, gaining valuable experience in production and team management. Her roles later expanded to Sales and Production Director positions in Togo. Upon returning to France, she ventured into consultancy, specializing in production and commercial processes, before transitioning to financial advisory roles in banking.
Driven by a quest for independence, Annie pursued entrepreneurship, establishing her own haberdashery and creative leisure business, a venture that showcased her profound love for the arts.
Eager for new challenges and knowledge, Annie naturally gravitated towards real estate, aligning with her passion for houses and their stories, as well as the people who inhabit them. Alongside her career, she furthered her education, obtaining her BTS Real Estate Professions in 2021. Joining the Maxwell-Baynes team in October 2022, she spearheads efforts to modernize tools and support agents, ensuring tailored services for clients. Serving as a crucial liaison between agents, agencies, and management, Annie fosters a cohesive work environment geared towards customer satisfaction.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Annie finds joy in creative and artistic endeavors, particularly photography, a shared passion with her husband, Jean-Marie, a professional cameraman and journalist. They reside in Castillon, Gironde, with their two children.
