Karin Maxwell and Michael Baynes, co-founders of Maxwell-Baynes – Christie’s International Real Estate, open a new luxury real estate agency in Arcachon, France (April 2022).
This new agency complements the existing network of Maxwell-Baynes agencies in Bordeaux, La Rochelle and near Saint-Emilion. With a strong team of experienced luxury residential specialists, the agency will allow Maxwell-Baynes, Christie’s International Real Estate to better service clients in the local area of the Bassin d’Arcachon; from Cap-Ferret to Pyla-sur-Mer.
Carmina Candeloro, Commercial Director for the agencies and team in Bordeaux and the Bassin d’Arcachon, is delighted to have a base in the town of Arcachon. She welcomes Manuella Barsacq, local residents with a vast knowledge of the region, who will be based at the new agency located at 169 Boulevard de la Plage, 33120 Arcachon.
