About Manuella

Originally from the Blaye area, Manuella now works across the Arcachon Bay, a market she knows through its different residential sectors and where she has specialised in high-end real estate. Discreet and attentive, she places particular importance on understanding each client’s project and on the quality of the relationship built throughout the transaction.

Career

Manuella studied in Bordeaux, first in Management and later completing an MBA in Real Estate at INSEEC. She also spent a year in New Jersey in the United States, an experience that had a lasting influence on her approach to initiative and professional ambition. Her background includes property development and luxury real estate on the Arcachon Bay before her current role at Maxwell-Baynes | Christie’s International Real Estate.

Beyond work

Manuella retains from her year in the United States an interest in experiences that challenge familiar perspectives and encourage initiative. She is also interested in interior decoration, an area that naturally complements her eye for the homes and properties she represents.
