After another strong year of sales, with a 50% increase in annual sales transactions, the opening of a new agency in Pyla-sur-Mer on the Atlantic Coast and the launch of a holiday rentals arm – the agency has continued to attract a portfolio or prestigious properties, chateaux, luxury homes and renowned vineyards. Michael Baynes, co-owner and Executive Partner for the south-west luxury real estate agency awarded the ‘Best Client Testimonial’ prize to Kirsten Pollard. Her client, a couple from the U.S. bought a luxury property in the Dordogne “site unseen”.
