Luxury real estate agency, Maxwell-Baynes affiliated with Christie’s International Real Estate, has opened its fifth agency in the popular seaside town, Pyla-sur-Mer. Located on 149 Boulevard de l’Océan close to the renowned five star hotels La Co(o)rniche and Ha(a)ïtza, this latest agency allows Maxwell-Baynes to serve clients wishing to buy or sell in the Bassin d’Arcachon.
The region, most famous for Europe’s largest sand dune, ‘dune de pilat’, welcomes thousands of tourists each summer, with its stunning scenary, coastal location and luxury properties. Maxwell-Baynes Real Estate acquired the agency, previously Pyla Immobilier, in the Spring 2022 and will continue to operate the holiday rentals arm of the business in addition to real estate sales and transactions. Pyla Immobilier, a renowned local agency, was in business for more than 25 years, having served the luxury real estate market and local residents in the ‘Bassin d’Arcachon’, as well as holiday goers within the region, for some time.
