About Nicolas

Based on the Charente coast for more than twenty years, Nicolas knows the area through both its property market and its history, landscapes and way of life. Originally from Lorraine, he chose to build his life in the region and has particular knowledge of the Royan area and the Île d’Oléron.

At Maxwell-Baynes | Christie’s International Real Estate, he advises sellers and buyers on sales, acquisitions, valuations and investment projects.

Career

Holding a Master’s degree in Management and Negotiation, Nicolas spent more than twenty-five years in commercial and management positions within major companies. In 2020, he moved into the individual housebuilding sector.

He subsequently decided to focus fully on real estate transactions and completed further training in the field in 2023. In 2024, Nicolas also obtained his drone pilot certificate.

Beyond work

Married with three children, Nicolas particularly values the quality of life offered by the Charente coast. His connection to the region is shaped by its landscapes between ocean and estuary, its heritage and its gastronomy.
