Maxwell-Baynes Real Estate is delighted to announce its 2021 ‘Team Award Winners’. After a successful year of sales, healthy year-on-year growth, vast expansion of the team as well as opening a new agency in La Rochelle, the company is delighted to recognise: Sandrine Chrétien Sebag as ‘Bordeaux Team Agent of the Year’, Daniel Arnold as ‘Country Team Agent of the Year’ and Xavier Routurier as ‘Vineyards Team Agent of the Year’.
In addition, Matthieu Mazière was recognized for his outstanding service to clients with the newest award for ‘Best Client Service’. The overall prize, which was celebrated at the annual team Christmas event in Bordeaux centre, and went to Sandra de Graaf who picked up the award for ‘Overall Team Member of the Year 2021’.
Agent of the Year
All three of the Independent Agents, specialists in their field of luxury real estate, received the awards after a superb performance throughout 2021.

Dan manages the luxury residential portfolio in the Dordogne, from Bergerac to Brantome.
For the team in Bordeaux, Karin Maxwell, Co-Owner, described why Sandrine Chrétien Sebag deserves the award: “The Bordeaux city market is one of the most competitive in France. Sandrine has been a part of the team for a number of years and manages a portfolio across Bordeaux and the ‘Bassin d’Arcachon’.
For the vineyards arm of the business ‘Vineyards-Bordeaux’, the team manage a range of transactions across the South West of France as well as other important wine regions such as Burgundy, the award went to Xavier Routurier. “Vineyard sales are amongst the most technically complex of all real estate transactions. Through expert advice, outstanding customer service and commitment to his team, Xavier has shown that he is one of the best vineyard transaction managers not just in the Bordeaux region but throughout France” adds Michael.
