About Sandra

Dutch by nationality and based in France for many years, Sandra is now at the heart of Maxwell-Baynes’ vineyard activity and Vineyards-Bordeaux. She acts as a key point of contact for clients and supports the specialist agents throughout the sales process, coordinating files and ensuring continuity at each stage of a transaction.

Fluent in French, English, Dutch and German, Sandra works with ease in an international environment. Her understanding of vineyard transactions, combined with her organisational skills and attention to detail, enables her to provide clients with attentive and highly personalised support.

Career

Before joining Maxwell-Baynes, Sandra built a long career supporting company directors and senior executives in the Netherlands and France, developing extensive experience in management, communications and project coordination within international environments.

For seven years, she was Marketing Manager for France and the Benelux region at a German company specialising in roofing accessories.

Sandra joined Maxwell-Baynes in 2015 as Executive Assistant to Karin Maxwell and Michael Baynes. Over the years, she developed an in-depth understanding of the vineyard property market and the specific requirements of these transactions, leading to the central role she now holds alongside the Vineyards-Bordeaux team.

Beyond Work

Curious about the world beyond her own surroundings, Sandra enjoys travelling and discovering different cultures and ways of life. Gastronomy and art are also part of the way she explores and understands a place.

She has a particular affinity with nature and animals and values time spent outdoors, as well as the simple pleasures that offer a welcome change of pace from everyday life.
