A few steps away, separated by the ancient stone castle wall that links the two buildings, the independent 60 m² guest house offers two bedrooms, one of which opens onto the infinity pool and the exceptional panoramic view over the Entre-Deux-Mers hillsides and the Dordogne valley. The covered outdoor kitchen under its stone canopy is an invitation to long summer dinners. Attached to the main house, the 116 m² barn with its grand centuries-old oak doors represents considerable extension potential. Access via the existing staircase or an opening created from the reception room could, subject to the study and validation of an architect or master craftsman — the only professional qualified to assess feasibility given the exceptional thickness of the walls — allow the living space of the main house to be doubled.
