Update 27th November 2020
Following the latest French government announcement, we are pleased to confirm that the Maxwell-Baynes/Christie’s International Real Estate office in Bordeaux (28, Cours du Chapeau Rouge) will reopen as normal from Monday 30th November 2020. Our agents are also permitted to resume business as usual and can conduct viewings and visits in line with current safety guidelines.

Following the French government announcement with regards to Covid-19 measures, we wish to update you on plans for the team and offices at Maxwell-Baynes / Christies International Real Estate and Vineyards-Bordeaux.
The safety and well-being of our clients and staff is of the utmost importance to us, we are committed to continuing our services in the best way possible, whilst following the latest government guidelines.

As of the 30th of October, France has re-entered into lock down which requires all non-essential shops and businesses to close their premises, therefore the Maxwell-Baynes Real Estate/ Christies International branch in 28, Cours du Chapeau Rouge, 33000 Bordeaux will be closed from Friday 30th October until the next government announcement on 1st December 2020.
