We are pleased to announce our latest available service, 360° Virtual Tours. With dozens of 3D tour products in the market, our marketing team researched extensively the best tools available today, drawing experience from our Christie’s International Real Estate teams in the USA who have been using different 3D tours. The overwhelming result of our research was ‘Matterport’.
The Matterport tours allow clients to experience a full 3D interior tour, seeing every space and fully understanding the layout, including a 3D ‘Dollshouse’ view – a detailed floor plan layout allowing you to focus on the desired room or area of the property. We can create the tours for any property of any size, budget dependent and use the 360° tours as part of our comprehensive marketing plans. To operate the Matterport technology, we employ a qualified and professional team with whom we have a long-standing relationship, to come into our client’s homes and complete the work. For a large chateau this can take a whole day, or for an apartment it typically requires two hours of work.
