About Martin
Originally from Scotland and based in South-West France since 2008, Martin advises on property projects across the southern Gers, where he has developed strong experience in character properties and substantial estates.
His personal connection to the equestrian world gives him particularly relevant expertise in equestrian properties.
Career
After several years of experience in regional real estate, Martin joined Maxwell-Baynes in spring 2019 to develop the southern Gers area. His knowledge of the region, rural properties and the particular requirements of large estates allows him to advise on often complex projects, especially within the equestrian sector.
Today, he contributes to the development of this specialist segment within the firm.
Beyond work
Martin lives in the Gers with his wife, dogs and horses. Together, they run a stud farm where they breed sport horses.
When he is not occupied with the property or the horses, Martin also plays competitive badminton.
