Coming from the hotel industry, Jennyfer received training in the luxury hotel and catering sector at the French School of Excellence - Ferrières. She has worked in some of the most prestigious palaces and 5-star hotels of France, including Georges V in Paris, Cap Eden Roc in Cap d’Antibes, and Ha(a)ïtza in Pyla sur Mer. Having a strong attachment to the Bay of Arcachon, she spent all her holidays there since childhood. Today, she aspires to live there permanently.
In 2024, Jennyfer joined Dorothée’s team to develop the private concierge service. Her personality is characterized by rigor, adaptability, and generosity, qualities that are invaluable assets in this profession.
