Originally from Normandy, Ellyn Daude developed a passion early on for hospitality and the art of welcoming. After completing her studies at the prestigious Vatel Institute in Paris and Los Angeles, she refined her expertise in some of the world’s most renowned luxury hotels, including the Peninsula Paris, the George V, and the Peninsula Beverly Hills. These experiences instilled in her a meticulous attention to detail, a deep respect for quality, and a vision of service that is both discreet and genuinely human.

Driven by a strong sense of initiative, she went on to specialise in hotel project management and the launch of high-end villas — a field that allows her to combine operational precision with a personalised, guest-focused approach.

In 2020, together with her husband, she founded Ré Expériences, an independent luxury vacation rental agency based on the Île de Ré. In just a few years, the agency has grown steadily and now manages over 50 prestigious villas, offering attentive, tailored service to a discerning international clientele.

Today, as a Commercial Agent with Maxwell-Baynes | Christie’s International Real Estate, Ellyn brings her expertise and deep local knowledge to clients seeking to make the Île de Ré their permanent home — or to create a refined family retreat by the sea.
