We had been searching for a house for quite a while and had been following some high end real estate websites. We had been in touch with Olivier at numerous occasions. Asking for informations about properties. Our search at the beginning was broad and not very specific. These discussions helped us to refine what we wanted to buy and where. We spotted this beautiful mansion we now have the pleasure to own. And this is where you truly discover the true professionalism of both Olivier and Maxwell-Baynes. As we live abroad, he kept the house for us exclusively for a short period of time so that we can organize our transfer to France. The visit was transparent, professional, very detailed. We never felt he was trying to sell, rather a friendly relation trying to advise on the best solution for us. The negotiation was effective and conclusive, in the car on the way back to the airport!. He really did his best efforts to match wishes at both ends. Before and after signing, Olivier stayed in touch and provided all sorts of services to help us take real ownership. We own several other properties abroad, but never went  through such a warm and professional experience. This is our first manor in France, and if not the last then we want to stay in touch with Olivier. In addition to this beautiful Manor, we now earned a friend.
