Grapes are currently vinified at the cooperative winery in Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg. No stock is included in the sale, but the infrastructure in place allows for an immediate continuation or reimagining of production.

Adding further charm and heritage to the estate are several historic outbuildings: a 15th-century stone dovecote, an ornamental music pavilion, and the 17th-century Sainte-Marthe chapel—meticulously restored by a noted artist.
