Valeria PLAISANCE

Valéria Plaisance is a passionate real estate professional, dedicated to helping clients sell and buy the most beautiful properties in and on the outskirts of Bordeaux.

Born in Paris and raised in Washington DC, she settled with her family in 2015 in the charming and picturesque village of Quinsac, a short 15 minute drive from the city centre.

Valéria manages Bordeaux and the “Right Bank” region of the suburbs of Bordeaux, from Bouliac / Latresne to Baurech. Her intimate understanding and knowledge of the local real estate market will be an asset for selling or buying your dream home in this region.

Prior to entering real estate, Valéria developed her sales, marketing and negotiation skills in the luxury hospitality industry, promoting high end properties across the globe. She enjoyed multiple relocations in various parts of the world (Mexico, USA, Greece, Mauritius and Reunion Island), but after many years of travelling with her husband and three children, she now enjoys a great country lifestyle minutes from the city centre.

Valéria is invested in her missions and committed to outstanding customer service. In her spare time, Valeria enjoys family outings on the Bassin, ski trips in the Pyrenees and long hikes around her home with her two furry friends.
