Great rental house but with mice We rented villa Mia in Arcachon, great location, but subject to mice in the living and bedroom on the ground floor. Only after insisting the team took it seriously and sent a professional (one week into our rental period) who confirmed multiple entry points for mice in the house and placed traps with poison. We rented villa Mia in Arcachon with our family in August. Our experience was unfortunately influenced by the presence of mice in the living room and bedroom on the ground floor. One evening we have actually seen a mouse crossing the living room.  We had mouse droppings in the bedroom next to the bed, in the bathroom, and in our luggage. The team intervened after we insisted, and a professional came one week later to place mouse traps with poison (which only work after a number of days).  A minimal financial compensation was offered by the company, disproportionate when judged against the price of the two weeks of rental. Apart from this, the house is very beautiful, wonderful pool, great and quiet location. The place is very beautiful, with all amenities and you feel like home. It is surrounded by greens and birds singing and has a wonderful light all day.
