About Jennifer
Originally from Charente-Maritime, Jennifer has a strong connection to the region, its architectural heritage and its way of life. For more than five years at Maxwell-Baynes | Christie’s International Real Estate, she has advised sellers and buyers on property projects across La Rochelle and the Charente coastline.
Calm and attentive by nature, Jennifer places particular importance on listening and availability.
Career
After completing a preparatory programme for French business schools, Jennifer graduated from NEOMA Business School with a degree in Commercial Engineering. She began her career at Lenôtre in management control and internal audit before moving into marketing. She later joined a law firm and complemented her experience with university training in mediation. Jennifer also trained in building pathology.
She joined Maxwell-Baynes in 2021.
Beyond work
Dance plays an important part in Jennifer’s life. She finds in it a sense of rhythm, listening, anticipation and adaptability.
She also has a particular appreciation for character properties, their architecture and atmosphere, an interest that naturally reflects her attachment to the heritage of Charente-Maritime.
