About Guillaume

Originally from Avignon and based in Bordeaux since 2018, Guillaume advises both French and international clients on the sale and acquisition of properties, with particular experience in the high-end real estate market.

Attentive and highly involved in each project, he builds his client relationships around trust, availability and a precise understanding of individual expectations. Curious and proactive by nature, Guillaume enjoys finding the right solution, anticipating the different stages of a transaction and remaining closely involved throughout the process, with particular attention to detail and confidentiality.

Based in Saint-Genès, he also brings first-hand knowledge of Bordeaux and its property market to a distinctly people-focused approach to real estate.

Career

Guillaume began his real estate career with a major property group in the Bordeaux region. After gaining his first experience in the wider residential market, he quickly moved into high-end real estate, where he has now worked for several years.

Before joining Maxwell-Baynes | Christie’s International Real Estate, his career progressed to becoming a partner in a real estate agency. These different experiences allowed him to develop extensive knowledge of the Bordeaux market, negotiation and the property transaction process as a whole.

Today at Maxwell-Baynes, Guillaume brings this experience to a wide range of projects, from understanding his clients’ initial requirements through to the successful completion of a sale or acquisition.

Beyond work

Born in Provence and now deeply attached to Bordeaux, Guillaume maintains a strong connection to both regions and their distinctive identities. He appreciates the energy and architecture of Bordeaux as much as the Mediterranean way of life of his native Provence.

Sport also plays an important part in his daily life. He values the discipline, perseverance and appetite for challenge that it brings, qualities that naturally carry through into his professional life.

Curious by nature, Guillaume enjoys discovering new places, learning and seeking out new experiences. This openness feeds his interest in places, but above all in the people he meets.
