About Fanny

Originally from Normandy, Fanny has built her life and career between France and abroad, including several years in Spain and Scotland, before settling in the Bordeaux region. Fluent in French, English and Spanish, she works naturally with both French and international clients.
Fanny joined Maxwell-Baynes | Christie’s International Real Estate in 2026, where her international background and knowledge of the wine industry find a natural extension in high-end real estate. Well connected within Bordeaux’s international community, particularly its international school network, she is also happy to advise clients relocating to the region.

Career

Fanny began her career in international business, primarily within the wine and spirits industry. Her interest in wine later led her to join one of Bordeaux’s most prestigious wine estates. A WSET Diploma holder and French Wine Scholar, Fanny combines technical wine knowledge with a strong understanding of its market and the properties behind it.
Today, she advises clients on the sale and acquisition of character properties, prestigious residences and vineyard estates.

Beyond work

For Fanny, wine is an interest that extends well beyond her professional life. She is particularly drawn to the history of vineyards, individual terroirs and the distinctive identity of the properties themselves.

Her years abroad have also shaped her international outlook.
