Originally from Charente-Maritime, Christophe advises clients on property projects across Charente and Charente-Maritime, regions whose market and heritage he knows particularly well. Fluent in French and English, he works with both French and international clients on character properties, historic residences and substantial estates.
Career
A graduate of a leading business school, Christophe joined Délifrance UK in 1992 in a commercial role before creating a Fintech start-up ten years later. After several years focused on research and development, he moved into real estate in 2008 and joined Maxwell-Baynes in 2015.
His entrepreneurial and commercial background now informs a structured approach to negotiation and complex projects. He also works on equestrian properties alongside specialist members of the firm.
