About Anna

Executive Assistant at the Maxwell-Baynes Pyla agency, Anna supports both the management and the wider team in the agency’s day-to-day operations. Coordination, project follow-up, property marketing and priority management are all part of a varied role in which responsiveness and organisation are essential.

Well established in the Arcachon Bay area, she has developed a strong understanding of the region and its property market. Proactive and people-oriented, Anna particularly enjoys the collaborative nature of her role: anticipating needs, facilitating communication and finding solutions that help each project move forward efficiently.

Career

Before joining Maxwell-Baynes | Christie’s International Real Estate, Anna spent several years working across different areas of the property industry, from new-build developments to high-end real estate.

These experiences gave her an understanding of the different stages of a property project while developing a combination of commercial, organisational and operational skills.

Today, as Executive Assistant at the Pyla agency, she works closely with Estelle Dassy and is particularly involved in coordinating the agency’s activities and supporting the marketing of its properties. The role brings together her property experience, her knowledge of the Arcachon Bay area and her preference for positions where versatility and initiative matter.
