Natalie Mackle joins Maxwell-Baynes as Marketing Director

With more than 18 years’ PR, marketing and trading experience, Natalie has spent the majority of her career working in a number of senior marketing positions at the UK’s second largest grocery retailer, Asda. Having started her career in PR in Leeds, she went on to take up roles in internal communication, events, trade marketing, advertising, digital marketing, ecommerce and trading – notably specialising in the ‘Beers, Wines and Spirits’, ‘Music, Video & Games’ and Baby-Beauty-Toiletries categories amongst others. 

Natalie has worked alongside FMCG brands including P&G, Nestle, Mars, Unilever, L’Oréal, Coke and Diageo for over 10 years, executing first class marketing campaigns to deliver ROI and market share for both Asda and the brands. 

In 2020, Natalie and her family decided to relocate to South West France and fulfil their dreams: working and living in France. With a passion for wine, property, French culture and the seaside, Natalie took the plunge to make a change to her work-life balance and give her children the prospect of a countryside life near Bordeaux – with the beach 1.5 hours away and the ski slopes within 3 hours. She hasn’t looked back….
