Les biens qui n\u2019ont pas trouv\u00e9 preneur durant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 reviennent sur le march\u00e9, les vendeurs se montrent plus attentifs aux offres s\u00e9rieuses, et les acheteurs disposent d\u2019un climat plus serein pour avancer dans leurs projets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f6f6f6\">Chez Christie\u2019s International Real Estate | Maxwell-Baynes, nous constatons que la rentr\u00e9e est devenue, ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9e, un moment cl\u00e9 pour le march\u00e9 bordelais et arcachonnais. C\u2019est le moment o\u00f9 l\u2019on peut allier opportunit\u00e9, r\u00e9flexion et anticipation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:71px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un march\u00e9 qui se stabilise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c0 Bordeaux<\/strong>, le march\u00e9 immobilier a retrouv\u00e9 une forme de stabilit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s les hausses spectaculaires de 2020 et 2021. Ce qui a chang\u00e9, ce sont les d\u00e9lais : alors qu\u2019en 2024 il fallait parfois attendre plus de trois mois pour vendre un bien, les derni\u00e8res donn\u00e9es montrent que les d\u00e9lais moyens se sont raccourcis \u00e0 environ 66 jours pour les appartements bien positionn\u00e9s.
